Our company was founded on the belief that real estate is the best investment. Our focus is development consulting.


The company is involved in putting together limited partnerships to invest in development and rental projects. The company is also involved in the actual construction and project management. We invest in all of the real estate investment opportunities we share with our investors, proof that we truly believe in the investments we are bringing to you. We can share with you our stories of successful real estate investments.



CEO



Natasha is a Tarion Registered Builder and Real Estate Developer in Toronto. She acts as CEO, Developer and Builder.


Her past studies include an Honours BBA in Business with a concentration in entrepreneurship. She has a Construction Project Management Certificate and a Real Estate Broker License. Her experience in real estate has lead her to a MBA and graduate degree in Real Estate Development and Infrastructure from the Schulich School of Business. She is passionate about real estate, creating and inspiring people to be part of it.
