About Ponderosa Motel Accommodations



All accommodations are equipped with phone, tea/coffee maker, microwave, small refrigerator, and television with Direct TV.

If you enjoy cooking for yourself while traveling, we offer rooms and suites with kitchen. Plates, utensils and pans are available upon request. The Ponderosa Motel is the only lodging in the area with kitchens.

Check-In
Reception Office is open 8:00am to 8:00pm. Guest check-in is at 3:00 p.m. with 11:00 a.m. check-out. We can often accommodate early check-in, so give us a call at 509.773.5842. Guests who anticipate arriving after 8:00 p.m. should telephone the motel to let us know of your estimated arrival time.

There is ample off-street parking for guests’ motor vehicles, boats, etc.​



Pet Policy

We are pet friendly for well-behaved dogs. When booking online, please note your choice of a pet friendly room. If reserving by phone, ask for availability. We charge a pet fee of $25 for one pet and $10 for each additional pet.

Smoking Policy
We do not have smoking rooms available. There is absolutely no smoking in our rooms. We want all our rooms fresh and odor free for all of our guests. If there is any evidence of smoking in a non-smoking room, the guest will be charged a cleaning fee of $250.

Complimentary Breakfast



Come in and enjoy a continental breakfast with coffee/tea, orange juice, yogurt, bagel, croissants and cereal, hot & cold and other breakfast items. We host a seasonal hot breakfast with eggs, potatoes, sausage, biscuits & gravy during our busy season.


Breakfast Hours: 6:00 - 9:00 a.m.
