Since 2015, Stefanie specializes in Sports Massage Therapy.
After receiving her BA in Sociology from Concordia University, Stefanie pursued her passion of becoming a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT).
She was drawn to injury recovery as a result of her background in sports, training, and coaching. She has played many competitive sports including: baseball, softball, basketball, and tennis.
Her drive and commitment allowed her to fulfill a dream of playing fastpitch softball with Team Canada at the Maccabiah Games. Her experience has led to her current position as the head coach for the Lac St. Louis Lions Girls Fastpitch team. Through the years, she has seen and experienced many different types of injuries which ignited a desire to learn more, to help herself and her teammates.
As a result, she applies passion, knowledge and first-hand experience to her work with each and every client. Stefanie’s therapeutic approach to massage is not limited to athletes; she enjoys working with all types of people and tailors her treatment to each individual. Her specialties include, but are not limited to, mobilization, deep tissue, and trigger points. Stefanie’s collaborative approach allows her to assess ailments, discomforts, and injuries in the body as a whole as she works with clients towards pain-free and more active lifestyles.
