HOW TO USE THE MASSAGE BALL



We all suffer from muscle knots in our back and neck. Be it from sitting at our desk jobs 8 hours a day, to lifting heavy tools at our construction job, or just from training at the gym, we all want an easy method to relieve these knots. Although going to physiotherapy, osteopathy, or massage therapy are great options, having the tools to self manage the tension is also essential.


For that reason, we strongly advocate the use of these massage balls. They are made of eco-friendly silicone, are soft but firm at the same time, and are designed so that when lying on it over the spine, the pressure points are on both sides of the spine (where those sensitive muscles knots are) instead of on the sensitive vertebra bones. Many of our patients use them and have been very happy with the results.


We also use it on ourselves whenever we have any muscle tension, so it gets our physio 2 thumbs up!
