Physiotherapy

At Integral Performance Physio, we believe physical therapy treatments should be holistic as this allows us to treat each individual for their distinctive needs. And since the physical functioning of each individual is unique, our assessments include looking at your entire chain of posture, muscle/joint balance, movement mechanics, as well as your daily work and recreational demands. In this way, we ensure that our treatments can not only treat the source of the injury, but also the person as a whole.

And to clarify some common misconceptions:

Physiotherapy is NOT just for rehabilitation following significant accidents such as fractures and surgeries.

In fact, Physiotherapists have extensive knowledge in the treatment of common injuries related to posture, overuse, sports accidents, or muscle imbalances. Be it shoulder pain, backaches, or a sprained ankle, we have the necessary tools to regain your maximum body efficiency and bring you back to the best version of yourself.

Physical therapy is NOT simply guided exercises and TENS machines (electric tingling machine).

Although exercise will most likely be a part of your rehabilitation plan, we have integrated the most advanced and research-proven hands-on manual corrective techniques to ensure the most effective and efficient path to recovery.

At Integral Performance Physio, treatments are tailored to your specific goals and limitations. Common conditions we deal with include:

+ Herniated disks

+ Sciatic nerve

+ Rotator cuff dysfunctions

+ Torticollis/neck pain

+ Ankle sprains

+ Post knee surgery (ACL, Meniscus etc…)

+ Tennis elbow

+ Postural dysfunctions

+ Thoracic pain

+ Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
