LaSalle, Chicago, IL. The College is also accredited by CAEP (the Council for the Accreditation of Educator Preparation). The National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education (NCATE) and the Teacher Education Accreditation Council (TEAC) merged into CAEP, and as of 2016, CAEP is the top teaching education program accrediting board.
